  Abstract:  

The hereby paper is part of a research grant project financed by the National Scientifical Research Council for Universitary Teaching which started from the sports training methodology improvement so that the performance objectives may be enriched in competitions and the colateral effects on the body of sportsman may be reduced or eliminated. The aim of this study is to identify the positive effects on the movement neuromuscular control in performance aerobics gymnastics training by using the computer exercises. The experiment took place with gymnasts aged between 10 and 14, from ANEFS and Triumf Sports Clubs, Bucharest, and in colaboration with SC Medisport, Bucharest.
